Job Title: Contract Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to assist with the establishment and administration of contracts for major infrastructure projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice to Project Managers and Contract Managers on day-to-day contract management functions.
  • Contract Management:
  • Maintain contract documentation and administration systems to ensure a full and complete record of all contract information.
  • Procurement Support:
  • Liaise with Project Managers and Contract Managers in the planning of procurement requirements.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor the financial performance of contracts.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in the management and procurement processes for low-level, low-risk contracts.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience of government contracting and procurement policies and procedures.

Note: A current National Police Clearance is required for this position.
