Role DescriptionWe're seeking a passionate and driven Talent Agent to join our team full-time at our Melbourne CBD office.
In this dynamic, on-site role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing talent, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating casting across a variety of exciting projects. Your day-to-day will involve:
Liaising with clients to understand their needs and project requirementsManaging and curating talent portfoliosCoordinating auditions, castings, and bookingsNegotiating contracts and ensuring smooth communication between talent and clientsProviding ongoing support to ensure satisfaction for both talent and clientele
If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and are passionate about connecting people with opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.Key Qualifications:Exceptional communication and customer service skills — you're a people person, through and throughStrong sales acumen and a passion for talent managementHands-on experience in casting and coordinating auditionsProven ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with both clients and talentExcellent organisational and time-management skillsMinimum of 2 years experience in the entertainment, fashion, or talent management industryA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldComfortable using CRM platforms, talent management applications, and tools like Canva (bonus points for digital savviness)A sharp eye for photography, strong knowledge of the Australian modelling industry, and a finger on the pulse of current fashion campaigns and trendsIf you live and breathe talent, style, and creativity, and love working with a vibrant and driven team , we want to meet you
