We're growing Looking for a Talent Agent to join our team.

What We're Looking For
We're after a go getter, someone who loves our industry, cares about your talent success & has a business mind to match
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience in talent, or client-facing roles, influencer marketing, publicity or talent management
- A proven ability to manage a variety of projects, build lasting client relationships, and deliver impactful results
- Deep knowledge and interest in industry trends and social media strategy, with a forward-thinking approach
- An exisiting network of clients and trusted brands
What You'll Do
- Strategically guide and manage an assigned roster of 20-25 talent.
- Manage and negotiate contracts for a variety of projects, from editorial and commercial campaigns to influencer partnership
- Build strategy and ideation for each talent
- Work towards personal KPIs
