Overview
Buyer's Agent Recruitment Manager — Permanent Part-Time, Hybrid.
Location: Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
We're scaling our national network of expert buyer's agents and we're seeking a recruitment leader to drive growth and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for buyer's agents with pace, precision, and quality.
Hunt and attract top talent by proactively identifying, engaging, and exciting candidates in competitive markets.
Build strategic partnerships across internal teams and external networks to widen reach.
Be a brand ambassador for Lendi Group, representing the company with energy, credibility, and passion for what we do.
Elevate candidate experience and deliver unforgettable journeys that reflect the strength of the brand.
Provide strategic insights by sharing hiring data, market trends, and pipeline health with senior stakeholders.
Develop and nurture talent pools to support long-term growth and scalability.
Qualifications
Proven recruitment experience—ideally in real estate, sales, mortgage broking, or financial services; or a strong sales background with the drive to pivot into talent acquisition.
Based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, with a hybrid working model.
Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders with ease.
