Who You Are

  • Confident interpreting market data while building genuine relationships.
  • Comfortable on the phone and in the field, connecting with selling agents and spotting opportunities others miss.
  • Proven ability to earn trust with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and dependable.
  • Values-led: integrity, transparency, and always putting the buyer first.

You must have

  • Real estate sales experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping people buy smarter and live better.

Your Role

  • Start on a commission-only basis with scope to transition to a hybrid retainer + commission model.
  • Work directly with ready-to-buy clients from day one, guiding them through the full process from research and due diligence to negotiation and settlement.
  • Proactively engage with selling agents to uncover off-market opportunities.
  • Provide transparent advice and market insights to clients.
  • Manage CRM records to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
