Role Description

We're seeking a passionate and driven Talent Agent to join our team full-time at our Melbourne CBD office.

In this dynamic, on-site role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing talent, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating casting across a variety of exciting projects. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
  • Managing and curating talent portfolios
  • Coordinating auditions, castings, and bookings
  • Negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth communication between talent and clients
  • Providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction for both talent and clientele

Key Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills — you\'re a people person, through and through
  • Strong sales acumen and a passion for talent management
  • Hands-on experience in casting and coordinating auditions
  • Proven ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with both clients and talent
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the entertainment, fashion, or talent management industry
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, talent management applications, and tools like Canva (bonus points for digital savviness)
  • A sharp eye for photography, strong knowledge of the Australian modelling industry, and a finger on the pulse of current fashion campaigns and trends
