The purpose of this role is to support the Case Management teams by providing up-to-date technical guidance on the compensation payment schemes and assisting in their administration. This position operates in a customer centric environment that focuses on the pro-active management of claims.- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with the team on solutions to maximise the effectiveness of case management.
- Ensure claims teams achieve performance and KPA targets as set out as part of the BU performance framework.
- In conjunction with the Team Leader identify, develop and implement effective strategies to support the achievement of key performance and remuneration measures.
- ABOUT YOU- Strong technical experience in workers' compensation claims
- Proven experience coaching & mentoring case managers in the workers compensation industry
- You have previous experience working as a case manager or a technical specialist background
- Tertiary studies in Allied Health or Legislation is desirable
