Your Responsibilities
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and collaborate with the team to find solutions that maximise case management effectiveness.
  • Ensure claims teams meet performance and key performance indicator targets as set out in the business unit performance framework.
  • Work with the Team Leader to identify, develop, and implement effective strategies that support key performance and remuneration measures.
  • Provide regular advice and feedback to internal stakeholders to improve overall quality of decisions related to liability, work capacity, permanent impairment, weekly payment entitlements, and communication.
About You
  • You require strong technical experience in NSW legislation workers compensation claims.
  • You must have proven experience coaching and mentoring case managers in the workers compensation industry.
  • Prior experience working as a case manager or a technical specialist background is essential.
  • Tertiary studies in Allied Health or Legislation are desirable but not mandatory.
