As a Technical Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Case Management teams by providing expert guidance on compensation payment schemes and assisting with their administration.

The position involves identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborating with the team to develop solutions that enhance case management effectiveness. You will ensure claims teams meet performance and key performance area (KPA) targets as outlined in our Business Unit performance framework.

Working closely with the Team Leader, you will identify, develop, and implement effective strategies that support key performance and remuneration measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborate with the team to develop solutions that enhance case management effectiveness.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require strong technical expertise in workers' compensation claims. Proven experience coaching and mentoring case managers in the workers' compensation industry is essential.

Previous experience as a case manager or technical specialist in a related field is also required.
