Role
As Bar Manager, you will oversee the bar operations within this busy and respected restaurant.
You will be responsible for leading a large team, ensuring service excellence, and fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
This role requires both strong operational skills and the ability to inspire and mentor staff.
Managing and motivating a large team of bartenders and supervisors
Delivering an exceptional guest experience through high service standards
Implementing and maintaining systems to ensure operational efficiency
Driving product knowledge and service consistency across the team
Working closely with senior management to achieve business objectives
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced Bar Manager with strong leadership qualities and the desire to grow within a well-regarded organisation.
You will be passionate about hospitality, eager to expand your knowledge, and capable of leading and developing a diverse team.
Previous experience in a senior bar management role
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
A passion for training and team development
Solid operational and organisational abilities
Ambition to grow and progress within the business
