Are you passionate about creating memorable nightlife experiences? We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in relaunching our rooftop bar - a fresh, vibrant destination in Melbourne's outer south east suburbs.

About the Role:
As our Bar Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our bar. You'll start working with the owners during the final stages of our extensive renovation process, ensuring that when we reopen, we do so with a bang

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Building: Lead the charge in hiring and training a dynamic team, ensuring they are as passionate about customer service as they are about crafting the perfect cocktail.
- Operational Excellence: Provide input into developing efficient processes and procedures, guaranteeing smooth operations from day one.
- Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring our bar is always stocked with the best.
