We are a young business, in our 10th month of trade and have been grateful to receive some pretty special accolades in this short time. We are a bar restaurant with a focus on offering a unique & curated Food and Beverage offering. We are open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Sunday.

Criteria for the role includes:

- Has solid experience with cocktails, spirits and liquors
- Has intermediate Wine Knowledge (Regions, varietals etc.)
- Has a good knowledge of all the classics but also have a great sense of personal flair and creativity
- Willingness to work weekends
- Bar stocktake (Monthly) and ordering processes
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate ongoing deals as needed
- Assist with hiring process as needed
- Looking after the day to day running of the bar, preparing garnishes, pre-batching cleaning etc.
- Training of bar staff, and occasionally running trainings for floor & bar staff
- Nurture a positive work environment and lead by example
- Someone who is an all rounder and willing to help out the floor staff and general venue duties when needed
