**We're Looking for a Proactive Administration Support Superstar**
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys collaborating with teams to ensure seamless communication and efficiency.
**What You'll Do**:
- Provide nationwide helpdesk support, sharing responsibilities with a dedicated team.
- Handle escalations efficiently and navigate internal and external portals to support operations.
- Perform key administrative duties within client and company systems.
- Record site-related issues and prepare reports on maintenance and corrective actions.
- Assist with recruitment processes, staff rostering, leave management, and replacements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external providers to close client work requests.
- Track client site inductions and assist with incident, accident, and near-miss documentation and reporting.

- Experience in an administrative or operational support role ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Clear, confident communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administration software.
- A collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and able to work independently.
