A national credit solutions company seeks a permanent helpdesk admin assistant with high-level troubleshooting skills.
The successful candidate will provide high-level support to internal and external clients, resolving complex issues and maintaining accurate records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with tracking and resolving support tickets and escalations.
- Maintain debtor database accuracy.
- Help maintain knowledge base and informational resources.
- Train new staff on various systems.
- Set up new contracts and billing information.
- Set up new client records on multiple systems.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organization.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word is required.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality, are key characteristics.
- Excellent communication and time management skills are necessary.
- Knowledge of IT Systems is desirable.
- Industry knowledge is also desirable.
