As a member of the Client Department for a Global High-End Jewellery Retailer, the Client Experience Coordinator will actively support in the execution to improve client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Client Experience Manager to deliver customer-centric experiences across all Retail boutiques and retail partners, in accordance to the different Client Communities and their specificities
- Work closely with local and regional team to coordinate and support personalised Client treatments, experiences and itineraries for major upcoming events - locally and internationally (November and February)
- Coordinate the local Client treatment strategy: activations during key festive periods, in-boutique experiences, 1:1 treatment plan and gifting plan
- Follow up and liaise with concierge partnership in place and activities: treatments, gifting and booking requests from boutique teams
- Monitor usage and inventory of centrally developed gifts in each boutique and cross functions and order gifts according to budget and strategic periods
- Monitor, propose and update new experiences (Dining, Arts & Culture etc) across all cities
- Observe budget allocations, with a focus on being a cost efficient without compromising calibre of event standards
- Collate feedback post activation to identify and formulate improvements for future opportunities
- Monitoring of competitor landscape to ensure our brand consistently delivers best practice events and experiences for clients

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or Events
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, creative, customer oriented, highly organised and has the ability to handle and deal comfortably in a multi-national environment
- Supports organisation's goals and values
- Exhibits a 'Can do' attitude, objectivity and openness to others' views
- Polished and professional
- Personal Assistant or Concierge background
