Overview

Assist financial advisers and associates in delivering high-quality client advice. Experience in financial advice support or client service roles; proficient in financial advice technology; skilled in assisting advisers and associates with advice implementation; strong client relationship and communication skills; relevant specialist accreditations.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Advisers, Senior Advisers, Associates and Partners to coordinate advice development and delivery.
  • Support client communications and manage the new and existing client process.
  • Assist in preparing advice documents and related materials. The advice document is to meet companies' internal compliance and policies.
  • Accountable for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of client advice and recommendations.
  • Maintain regular updates with advisers and associates on advice progress.
  • Support smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping in business systems.
  • Complete assigned professional development activities.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the business.
Qualifications
  • Experience in financial advice support or client service roles.
  • Proficient in financial advice technology.
  • Skilled in assisting advisers and associates with advice implementation.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills.
  • Relevant specialist accreditations.
