Your Key Responsibilities:
- Advise new clients on the initial process and work closely with our national team of lawyers to provide professional support.
- Elevate client issues to Team Leaders for speedy resolution and offer unwavering support to clients.
- Ensure the highest level of client care through ongoing communication and service delivery.
- Prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments and utilize Microsoft Office skills effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Family Law and LEAP software.
