  • Elevate client issues to Team Leaders for speedy resolution and offer unwavering support to clients.
  • Ensure the highest level of client care through ongoing communication and service delivery.
  • Prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments and utilize Microsoft Office skills effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Family Law and LEAP software.
