Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Associate to collaborate with our financial advisers and associates in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Advisers, Senior Advisers, Associates and Partners to coordinate advice development and delivery.
  • Support client communications and manage the onboarding and servicing of new and existing clients.
  • Assist in preparing advisory documents and related materials, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the effective implementation of client advice and recommendations.
  • Maintain regular updates with advisers and associates on advice progress and status.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services or client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in financial services technology and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Relevant professional certifications or designations.
