**The Roles**

Digital61 is looking for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Support team member to join our small onsite support team with a Federal Government customer.

Successful applicants will have a thirst for IT and are keen to pursue certification in Microsoft 365 and Cloud technologies. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be a quick learner.

**Experience and Skills**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a full time desktop support role.
- Deployment/setup and troubleshooting of Multi-Function Devices (MFDs).
- Mobile Device deployment and troubleshooting.
- Solid technical skills with client software (e.g. Windows 10, Office 2016, Outlook/Exchange, VPN and roaming profiles).
- Ability to assist with system administration tasks such as backups and restores.
- Video conference and VOIP experience desirable.
- Must have a proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to mentor, assist and guide Service Desk staff.
- Possess excellent time management skills and be able to thrive under pressure.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to set own priorities.

**Qualifications**
- Certificate IV in an IT related area (e.g. networking, cyber security); or
- Current Microsoft certifications; or
- University Degree; or
- Equivalent experience in an enterprise Level 2 or onsite support role.

**Clearance Requirements**

To be considered for the role, you **must**:

- Be an Australian citizen; and
- Have an active AGSVA security clearance or at least the ability and willingness to obtain and hold one.
