Job Title: End User Computing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team responsible for the management and support of our organisation's end user computing environment.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate resources within the end user computing team to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Process Development: Prepare and implement standard operating procedures and processes to support and manage the end user computing environment.
  • Licence Management: Manage and maintain the organisation's licensing assets and ensure ongoing software licence compliance.
  • Budget Planning: Assist in budget preparation and management for end user computing activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ITIL Foundation Certificate: Possession of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management or attainment within 3 months of commencement at own expense.
  • Prince2 Certification: Possession of Prince2 Certification or attainment within 3 months of commencement at own expense.
  • Industry Qualification: Industry related qualification such as Microsoft Certified Professional or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or combination of extensive experience/competence.
  • End User Computing Experience: Demonstrated experience in the administration and management of end user computing management systems and SOE within an enterprise.
