Technical Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support specialist to join our team in Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance for end-user technology.

This is a permanent onsite position requiring full vaccination in compliance with COVID-19 safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to end-users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated expertise as a Technical Support specialist within enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience in front-line IT Service Desk roles.
  • Strong technical proficiency with hands-on experience in Active Directory, Office 365 & Azure, Service Management Toolsets, Operating Systems, and Mobile Device Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Desirable qualifications in ITIL v3 or v4 and/or Service Delivery.
  • Additional certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cloud, or Cisco/Meraki are highly valued.
