**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract based on-site with the client on the Northside of Brisbane.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing second and third level support in the operation and maintenance of end user computing systems, as well as working closely with operational and project teams to facilitate delivery of end user computing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical expertise to operationally support environments and systems
  • Work closely with operational and project teams to deliver end user computing solutions
  • Support the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 Suite of Products
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange, Azure cloud technologies, Citrix technologies and other related systems

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven expertise in business and technical facets of the role, including experience with Microsoft 365 Suite of Products, Microsoft Exchange, Azure cloud technologies, Citrix technologies and other related systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with technical and non-technical personnel at all organisational levels
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage multiple and competing activities to deliver IT services to meet business expectations
