Job Title:

Technology Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for supporting and managing end-user technology to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

The specialist will work closely with the IT team to implement and manage end-user systems and solutions.

  • Ensure adherence to IT processes, Service Level Agreement (SLA), standards, and policies.
  • Work across all Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) areas to assist with the Change Management process.
  • Provide incident management during Terminal incidents.
  • Investigate escalated and reported incidents and provide resolutions in line with agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and troubleshoot end-user technology.

Manage end-user systems and solutions.

Implement and manage changes in accordance with ITSM processes.

Provide high-priority incident management during critical incidents.

  • Ensure strict adherence to IT processes, SLA, standards, and policies.
  • Work with the IT team to implement and manage end-user systems and solutions.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in EUC support.

Experience in logistics/supply chain environments is advantageous.

Desktop and infrastructure support experience with active knowledge of troubleshooting skills and tools.

Proactive automation of system administration tasks.
