Senior Manager, Real Estate Valuation & Advisory

About the Role:
Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.
Assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including transaction strategies and property development advisory.
Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across different asset classes.
Conduct market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers.
Support audit teams in peer review of valuation for financial reporting.
Prepare valuations for both stabilized assets and development properties.
Investigate and utilize new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
A strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills.
Professional accreditation as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred.
