Strategic Real Estate Valuation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Real Estate Valuation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our real estate valuation group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of real estate matters.
Your primary focus will be on financial and feasibility modeling, assisting with major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, and providing vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective financial and feasibility models to support real estate transactions and development projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Conduct thorough due diligence reviews of real estate assets and portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed market research and trend analysis reports to inform client decisions.
- Support the audit team in the peer review of valuation for financial reporting.
- Investigate and utilize new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate valuation, with a deep understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
- Professional accreditation as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) of the Australian Property Institute (API) or Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) is preferred.
