We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join our Property Valuations team. You will provide property valuation services and expert advice to commercial property owners, investors, and developers across their portfolios.

">You will be responsible for:

  2. Source and collate comprehensive data about properties, including characteristics, title, sales, leasing info, costs, applications, plans, and recent transactions.">
  3. Attend inspections with senior team members to assess property condition.">
  4. Assist in analyzing property data, including financial modeling and market risks, aligned with local and economic conditions.">
  5. Support in producing valuation reports detailing property info, methodology, capitalisation rate, and potential risks.">
  6. Ensure reports meet compliance and quality standards.">
  7. Write location-specific market commentaries on market conditions.">
  8. Participate in client meetings with senior team members.">
  9. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.">
">To be successful, you will have:

  2. A tertiary degree in Property or related field.">
  3. Desirable financial acumen and understanding of valuation components.">
  4. Strong analytical skills to identify data patterns and insights.">
  5. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.">
  6. Good communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.">
  7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.">
