As a professional in the field of property valuations, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in commercial real estate.

About the Position

This exciting position involves working closely with a team across various housing types including build to rent, multifamily housing, PBSA, co-living, affordable housing, and build to sell.

  • Key responsibilities include working on preliminary work, conducting property inspections, compiling valuation data, sales/leasing analysis, and preparing valuation reports and advice.
Your Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Collaborating daily with a director of the valuations business in a team environment.
  2. Participating in all aspects of the valuation and consultancy process.
  3. Undertaking work for clients such as banks, corporates, developers, and major institutions.
  4. Gaining hands-on experience and progressing towards certified practising valuer status.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A recent property graduate or be close to completion, eager to pursue CPV registration and a career in valuations.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to advance in the fast-paced property valuations sector.
