Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Valuation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Living sector team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuations and transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including income-producing and development assets. You will provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance, strategic advice, and vendor and acquisition due diligence services to clients in the living sector.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership papers, collaborate on new and innovative Living sector practices, and support the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Living sector valuations and transactions.
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions.
  • Offer strategic advice to clients on portfolio strategy and optimization.
  • Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the living sector.
  • Develop market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers.
  • Collaborate on new and innovative Living sector practices.
  • Support the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or Assistant Valuer.
  • A general understanding of the Living Sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred.
