Senior Manager, Real Estate Valuation & Advisory

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Real Estate Valuation & Advisory. As a trusted advisor, you'll play a critical role in providing expert financial and feasibility modeling assistance on various projects and transactions.

In this esteemed position, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with an elite group of professionals within our national practice. You'll assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including the preparation of transaction strategies and property development advisory services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial and feasibility modeling support for income-producing and development assets
  • Assisting on and leading major urban renewal and infrastructure projects
  • Preparing vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios
  • Conducting market research and trend analysis, contributing to thought leadership papers
  • SUPPORTING AUDIT TEAM IN THE PEER REVIEW OF VALUATION FOR FINANCIAL REPORTING

To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you'll require:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A deep understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles
  • Professional accreditation as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred
