We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Melbourne as a Manager, Real Estate Valuation & Advisory.

This role will provide the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated and experienced team across various functions within the national Real Estate, Transactions and Delivery practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist on major Healthcare valuations and transactions
  • Provide financial modelling assistance on projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets
  • Conduct due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sector
  • Deliver market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers
  • Collaborate on new and innovative Healthcare practices
  • Support valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or Assistant Valuer
  • A general understanding of the Health and Aged Care sectors
  • Proven client-facing skills with good report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation is preferred
