We are looking for a driven Senior Production Systems Engineer (Full Stack) to design, develop and maintain an integral full stack web application for production data management systems.  You will have an opportunity to lead the design, development and maintenance of automated test systems that drive production of various telecommunications equipment.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR FOCUS?

·       Own the development of a proprietary full-stack web application + Flask + MySQL), enabling efficient manufacturing and logistics operations.

·       Design for high reliability, scalability, and security, ensuring smooth integration with internal systems and real-time data flows.

·       Develop RESTful APIs and Python libraries to interface with test equipment, devices under test (DUTs), and production systems.

·       Deploy and maintain automated test systems (ATS) across factory and 3PL environments to drive quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.

·       Apply containerization (Docker) and automation best practices to streamline development and deployment workflows.

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with Hardware, Software, and Operations teams to transform real-world requirements into scalable technical solutions.

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?

  • Experience: Proven experience in full-stack development with strong Python Skills.

·       Technical Expertise: , Flask (Python), MySQL, Docker, Git, REST APIs.

·       Technical Know-how: Familiarity with manufacturing test systems, or hardware/software integrations, and AI-assisted development tools.

·       Software Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development principles, including software architecture, design patterns, and testing methodologies.

·       Ownership: Sense of responsibility to deliver and follow through.

·       Critical Thinking: Analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Teamwork: Ability to thrive in fast-paced cross-functional teams.
