About the role

We are seeking a diligent and personable Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our vibrant team at North Lakes Dental Centre. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clinical support to our dentists, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. Based in North Lakes, QLD, this position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a friendly and professional environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow

  2. Maintaining a clean and organised dental surgery, sterilising instruments

  3. Greeting patients, booking appointments, and managing the reception area to provide a warm and welcoming experience

  4. Handling patient records and other administrative tasks

  5. Continuously improving your dental knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry practices

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

  2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  3. Proficient in the use of dental software

  4. A genuine interest in oral healthcare and a commitment to professional development
