CARING, COMPASSIONATE DENTAL ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST POSITION AVAILABLE at Mindset Dental in Hendra.

We are seeking a dental assistant to work 4 days per week (Full-Time Permanent or Casual - you can choose).

  • Purposeful role: we are Australia's only dental practice SOLELY seeing adults with dental anxiety
  • Build and maintain relationships with patients to help them feel comfortable and relaxed
  • No late nights or weekends
  • Supportive small team in a single chair dental practice
  • Above award wages

The role will start as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional patient experience and warm, personalised care - everyone deserves access to good dental care.

The role includes chairside assisting, sterilisation, greeting patients and reception duties including answering the phone, booking appointments and taking payments.

  • Be comfortable working independently and flexibly in our small team
  • Demonstrate professionalism whilst helping patients to feel comfortable and relaxed
  • Must have Australian work rights without limitations

We will give you autonomy within your job role, provide you with comprehensive training specific to our unique practice (including sedation) and provide an organised environment to see you flourish in your role.

Minimum 12 months of dental experience is required.
