Job description

We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced and reliable Dental Assistant /Receptionist with a great attitude to complement our existing team.

We Provide high-quality dentistry and build long-lasting genuine relationships with our patients. The position of Dental Assistant/Receptionist plays an integral part of what we do.

About Us

We are private practice with a caring professional team of Dentists and Dental Assistants.

We use the latest technology and treatment options available and believe in going the extra mile to create the ultimate patient experience. We are a modern practice in a vibrant inner city area.

We have a dedicated staff member on reception and a DA in each surgery, we also have assistant DAs working out the back providing support for the surgeries and the other team members.

The successful candidate will be offered casual hours with a view to moving to full time or permanent part time no weekend working 4-2 days a week.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Chairside assisting
  • General cleaning and sterilising
  • Greeting patients when they arrive make them feel welcome and valued
  • Answering incoming calls and taking down vital information
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Processing patient's accounts
  • Provide and maintain a caring, trusted environment for all our patients
  • Supporting our Dentists and Dental Assistants to ensure their day runs smoothly
  • Make follow up calls (TLC's) to patients after their treatment
  • Maintain great relationships with business providers
