Casual position with Wednesday availability required.

Sandgate Family Dental is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist our dental team in providing exceptional patient care and support during dental procedures.
  • Sterilise and prepare dental instruments and equipment for treatments.
  • Welcome and greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanour.
  • Manage appointment scheduling
  • Handle telephone inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the dental practice.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software.
  • Available to work both business hours during the week and Saturdays if needed.
  • Previous DA experience preferred
