Job Description

We are a growing, innovative dental practice located in three locations on the Gold Coast. We are looking for experienced and motivated Dental Assistant/Receptionists to join our supportive ever-growing friendly, fun team. Ongoing training will be provided to a passionate candidate who wishes to succeed in their dental career.

We are a privately owned clinic, fitted with the latest equipment, technology and computerised systems.

The Role:

We are looking for dynamic dental assistants/receptionists in both our Pacific Fair and Hope Island branches. With duties including:

  • Chair-side assisting & instrument handling
  • Sterilisation processing & tracking instruments
  • Comprehensive understanding & knowledge of infection control
  • Manning reception, taking payments, answering the phone and general reception duties.

DENTAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

  • Cert III or IV in Dental assisting and/or 2 years chair-side experience.
  • Reception experience desired.
  • Caring nature, always with a smile on your face, warm friendly personality and eager to learn new skills and techniques.
  • Impeccable infection control knowledge and practice. Updates will be provided within the practice.
  • The ability to work autonomously, as well as a part of the team, with a mature approach to work, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to be punctual, reliable, multi-task and flexible with working hours

This position is available for an immediate start.

Position: Casual/permanent, part time and full time available.
