Step into a dynamic coordination and administration role supporting our talented People & Culture team. Join an ASX200 IT company with a people-first culture, headquartered in Brisbane with more than 1,400 employees, with facilities across 12 locations in Australia and Fiji.

In this diverse role you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for day-to-day People & Culture queries
  • Coordinate administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, parental leave, visa sponsorship, compliance and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy.
  • Track and coordinate EAP referrals, exit interviews, and eforms.
  • Support logistics and administration for People Experience and Capability programs and the Chief People Officer.

About You

You will thrive in an environment where no day is the same and have:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or support P&C role
  • A high degree of motivation, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  • Experience with data and records management
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with all stakeholders at all organisational levels
  • Highly developed organisational and coordination skills
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet required timeframes while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Effective technology skills particularly in Office 365 and experience with HRIS
