Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Trilogy Care Pty Ltd Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Trilogy Care is Australia's fastest growing Home Care Package provider and we're on a mission to transform aged care.

Our innovative model gives older Australians more choice, transparency and value, helping them stay independent in their own homes for longer. But it's not just about care, it's about making a meaningful impact on lives and communities.

We're a vibrant, forward thinking team who take pride in creating an empowering, supportive workplace where ideas are valued and people thrive. At Trilogy Care, you'll join a purpose driven organisation that blends heart with innovation, and creativity with real social impact.

About the Role

As a People and Culture Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our Learning and Development Manager to design and deliver initiatives that build capability, engagement, and career growth across the organisation. You will be hands-on in shaping learning programs, coordinating sessions, and helping to embed a culture of continuous learning.

A key part of your role will include actively participating in our onboarding inductions, ensuring new employees have a positive, engaging start to their journey with us. You will also contribute to the delivery of our current recurring and ad hoc training programs to support ongoing learning and development across the organisation. Alongside your L&D focus, you'll provide generalist people support, advising leaders on everyday HR matters, assisting with recruitment, and driving process improvements that enhance the employee experience.

What You'll Do

Learning & Development

  • Support the design and delivery of learning programs, workshops, and training aligned with business needs
  • Facilitate engaging presentations and sessions for employees and leaders
  • Coordinate L&D activities including scheduling, logistics, and participation tracking
  • Assist in developing e-learning and blended learning content
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Participate in onboarding inductions to ensure new employees have an engaging start

People & Culture

  • Provide HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle matters
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, contracts, probation, and performance processes
  • Assist with employee relations matters, escalating complex issues when required
  • Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Contribute to process improvements and organisational culture initiatives
  • Champion the effective use of digital and AI-enabled tools to streamline HR and L&D activities

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in a HR generalist or advisory role, with exposure to L&D
  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and facilitate engaging training and workshops
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, processes, and employment legislation
  • Confidence using HRIS and LMS platforms (e.g. Employment Hero, GO1), with openness to adopting digital and AI-enabled tools
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded)
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage priorities across both HR and L&D activities

Why Join Us?

This is a unique opportunity to build your HR career while deepening your learning and development expertise. You'll gain experience across both people operations and program delivery, supported by a values-driven organisation that invests in innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Unlock your Potential with Trilogy Care

At Trilogy Care, we're going beyond compliance and coordination – we're applying AI, automation and operational design to deliver better client experiences and better employee ones. Every staff member has access to generative AI tools, training, and time to experiment - not just the Tech team Whether you're in finance, people & culture, growth, or support, you'll be part of an industry-first AI movement where we reward ideas that improve care outcomes, safety, efficiency or team wellbeing.

Please note

To join our team, you'll need to have full Australian work rights. As part of our standard recruitment process, we'll also conduct a working rights check, police check and request professional references during onboarding.

We appreciate the interest of recruitment agencies but kindly ask that resumes not be submitted unless a prior agreement is in place. Trilogy Care will not accept responsibility for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.
