About The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support our Venue Managers across two locations - BiN 232 in Pacific Fair & Little Truffle in Mermaid Beach. This is available in a casual capacity with 30-40 hours per week, or a full time role. The shifts will be on a 4-5 day a week roster, with some shifts working lunches at BiN 232 & evenings at Little Truffle. Weekend availability is a must.

  • Previous experience in a supervisor/management role
  • A calm and professional approach to your job
  • Strong communication skills
  • Incredible attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Staff and customer service focused
  • Able to lead a team & work with our management team.
  • Personal transport to get between each venue - they are also in close walking distance with the light rail nearing completion
