What You'll Do:

  • Good Vibes Only: Infuse our workspace with positivity and keep morale high

  • Creative Genius: Bring your scroll-stopping video creation and editing experience to craft stunning social media content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook that reflects our brand's essence.

  • Trend Spotter: Identify emerging trends and create engaging social content that resonates with our audience, showcasing a genuine love for beauty, skincare, and self-love.

  • Design Dynamo: Work your magic in Canva, CapCut or any other design application to whip up eye-catching on brand visuals.

Proficiency in Canva is required and CapCut; experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is advantageous.

  • All-Round Star: Wear many hats Assist the founder with ad-hoc tasks, from brainstorming ideas to managing warehouse operations.

  • Pick & Pack Pro: Handle the nitty-gritty of product filling, labeling, and packing with precision and flair.

What We're Looking For:

  • A quirky spirit who can bring the lols and keeps things light-hearted.

  • Must have scroll-stopping video creating and editing experience, along with proficiency in social media management and content creation for multiple platforms.

  • Minimum 1 year experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid ad campaigns with demonstrated ROI desired.

  • Meta advertising experience is preferred but we are flexible for the right candidate who demonstrates strong potential in this area.

  • Experience in creating reels, photos, and engaging posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook, with examples of work available.

  • Excellent organisational skills, especially in warehouse management.

  • Own an ABN (Australian Business Number) and be ready to work part-time 6-12 hours per week, preferably on Tuesday and Thursday, with potential for growth as we grow. Must have a valid ABN, right to work in Australia, and own reliable transport to the Mermaid Beach location.

  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a small business environment.
