Sales Consultant – Epoxy Flooring Co.

Part -Time 20 hours per week - Sunshine Coast Based

Are you a natural people person who loves to build relationships and isn't afraid to talk shop? We're on the hunt for a motivated and confident Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Your mission? To connect customers with the perfect epoxy flooring solution for their space—whether it's a sleek finish for a commercial warehouse or a stylish garage makeover at home. You'll be the friendly face (and voice) that guides our clients from first contact through to installation day.

In this role, you'll spend your days talking to new and existing clients, scoping out jobs, and explaining the benefits of our high-performance epoxy systems and to make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll be juggling everything from phone leads and showroom walk-ins to digital inquiries, so being organised and good with time management is key. The role handles in-bound leads only, there is no cold calling.

We're looking for someone who's comfortable working independently, but also loves being part of a team. You'll need to be able to explain the technical side of epoxy flooring in a way that makes sense to the average customer—so having a bit of building or trade knowledge is a big plus (but not a dealbreaker). What really matters is your energy, your people skills, and your drive to hit targets and grow with us.

This role is flexible and can be worked around your life, family etc. We'd like to have you be in the office initially but once you are established we can look at you working from home part of the time. The job suits a male or female and age isn't a factor but having a great personality that is able to relate to our customers who typically are aged from 30-70 is important.
