The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Broker Support & Relationship Manager to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, member-facing role where you'll help brokers navigate our systems, support their business growth, and represent Purple Circle at events across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, efficient broker support and resolve day-to-day queries with care and professionalism.
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with brokers to strengthen engagement and community connection.
  • Promote diversified financial products and identify opportunities to support members' broader business goals.
  • Represent Purple Circle at industry events, training sessions, and conferences — some interstate travel required.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Purple Circle systems, including Salestrekker, AOL, and internal tools.
  • Assist in coordinating our Education Partner Program, ensuring high-quality experiences for our members and partners.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-value service to our broker network.

About You

  • Broking experience or a strong understanding of the mortgage process will be a major asset.
  • Experience in broker support, BDM, or financial services relationship management will be highly regarded but is not essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new systems and processes quickly.
  • Comfortable representing the brand at events and interacting with brokers at all stages of their journey.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for events and member visits.
