About the role

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, this full-time Projects Administrator role at McElligotts Pty Ltd offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in Laverton North, VIC. In this position, you will play a critical administrative support role, contributing to the successful delivery of key projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Estimating team
  2. Maintaining detailed project records, documentation and prequalification's
  3. Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  4. Managing project correspondence and enquiries
  5. Assisting with the preparation of client reports and presentations
  6. Supporting the implementation of estimating processes and procedures, including interface with online portals/platforms
  7. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure project milestones are achieved

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' administrative experience, ideally in a projects or operations environment
  2. Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, Project, and Powerpoint
  5. Advanced Excel proficiency including VBA/Macros experience preferred
  6. Experience using project management software and tools
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Enthusiasm for contributing to the successful delivery of project
