Our client, a global leader in energy technology and infrastructure, is seeking a skilled
Commercial Administrator
to join their team in their Bayswater location. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied and impactful role
About the Role
In this role, you'll support financial planning and analysis through budgeting, forecasting, and month- and year-end processes, while managing vendor and customer databases. You'll also assist with projects that drive process optimisation and financial performance, working closely with Business Unit Managers, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate timely onboarding of vendors and customers
- Create purchase orders in SAP under instruction from the Commercial Project Manager
- Reconcile invoices against goods received from suppliers and freight partners
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain spreadsheets and ensure accurate data processing
- Assist with process improvement and internal reporting projects
- Collaborate with business unit managers, supply chain, and commercial teams.
What You'll Bring
- 2-3 years' experience in a Commercial or Finance Administration role
- Clear, confident communication and a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Qualification in Commercial or Finance with at least 2-3 years of professional experience
- Advanced Excel skills
(ability to create Pivot Tables from large data sets) - ERP systems knowledge- in particular SAP
(highly valued) - High attention to detail and ability to multitask
