Overview 

We are recruiting for an experienced Release Manager to support a major workforce management program. The role will focus on ensuring smooth delivery of releases and transitions across multiple stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on planning, accuracy, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead release management activities across time & attendance and workforce management systems.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, cutover plans, and back-out plans.
  • Drive transition activities with multi-stakeholder integration.
  • Provide clear communication to senior stakeholders.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver outcomes under pressure.
  • Work autonomously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in release management (time & attendance/workforce management highly regarded).
  • Strong background in transition management with multi-stakeholder integration.
  • Hands-on experience with cutover planning, back-out plans, and project scheduling.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong focus on detail.

Desired (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in HR-related projects (timesheets, rostering, payroll).
  • Exposure to higher education environments.
