Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Release Manager to support a major workforce management program. The role will focus on ensuring smooth delivery of releases and transitions across multiple stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on planning, accuracy, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead release management activities across time & attendance and workforce management systems.
- Develop and manage project schedules, cutover plans, and back-out plans.
- Drive transition activities with multi-stakeholder integration.
- Provide clear communication to senior stakeholders.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver outcomes under pressure.
- Work autonomously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in release management (time & attendance/workforce management highly regarded).
- Strong background in transition management with multi-stakeholder integration.
- Hands-on experience with cutover planning, back-out plans, and project scheduling.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong focus on detail.
Desired (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in HR-related projects (timesheets, rostering, payroll).
- Exposure to higher education environments.
