We are a national home builder looking to grow our Melbourne based team with an in-house Property Analyst & Relationships Coordinator.

You will work closely with the design, estimating and sales teams to coordinate the creation of house and land packages for owner occupier and investor clients.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Researching new land estates and opportunities
  • Comparing and presenting demographic and economic data
  • Building and maintaining relationships with land developers
  • Dealing with land agents to secure land for our clients

Ideally you will:

  • Have a passion for property and real estate
  • Be comfortable analysing numbers and data
  • Research independently to find opportunities
  • Communicate well with external and internal stakeholders
  • Experience and / or education in property would be preferable

This opportunity is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with a strong passion for property.

Full training will be provided and while the successful candidate will be expected to take initiative, they will have the support of the design, estimating, sales and management teams.
