Research Analyst

  • someone who loves digging into data, finding signals in noise, and turning insights into decisions that move the business forward.

What You'll Do

  • Own and build research workflows that inform strategy across pricing, location trends, and property risk factors
  • Analyse market-level and suburb-level data to identify investment-grade opportunities
  • Develop internal reports, dashboards, and tools to drive smarter decisions across the buying team
  • Work with founders, clients, agents, and engineers to shape product and growth initiatives with data at the core
  • Deep-dive into buyer profiles, migration patterns, and macro trends to build conviction behind every deal

Who you are

  • You might've thought about IB, VC, consulting — but want to work somewhere faster, smaller and closer to the action
  • You think in systems, love first-principles thinking and know your way around a spreadsheet (or SQL/Python if that's your thing)
  • You're obsessed with the details, but know how to zoom out to the big picture
  • You write clearly, think critically and are comfortable building your own playbook
