Research Analyst
- someone who loves digging into data, finding signals in noise, and turning insights into decisions that move the business forward.
What You'll Do
- Own and build research workflows that inform strategy across pricing, location trends, and property risk factors
- Analyse market-level and suburb-level data to identify investment-grade opportunities
- Develop internal reports, dashboards, and tools to drive smarter decisions across the buying team
- Work with founders, clients, agents, and engineers to shape product and growth initiatives with data at the core
- Deep-dive into buyer profiles, migration patterns, and macro trends to build conviction behind every deal
Who you are
- You might've thought about IB, VC, consulting — but want to work somewhere faster, smaller and closer to the action
- You think in systems, love first-principles thinking and know your way around a spreadsheet (or SQL/Python if that's your thing)
- You're obsessed with the details, but know how to zoom out to the big picture
