Position: Experienced Credit Analyst / Para Broker.
Salary: $90K FTE + Super (pro rata for part-time hours).
Employment Type: Part-Time (30 hours per week).
Location: Fully Remote (Australia based).

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst / Para Broker to support our Head Broker across credit, client relationships, and lender interactions. Flexible days, fully remote, and real scope for growth as the business expands.
You'll bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Credit Analyst or Para Broker role within residential lending.
- Strong credit knowledge and end to end file management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a team mindset.
- Willingness to take ownership of a file from doc collection to settlement.
- Experience with Apply Online/Loanapp and CRM systems like Mercury and Quickli.
