About the Role As a Property Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the acquisition and investment process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Modelling: Building and maintaining detailed financial models for assets under consideration.
  • Investment Reporting: Preparing high-quality investment reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Market Research: Conducting research and analysis on property markets, trends, and asset performance.
  • Due Diligence: Assisting with due diligence processes for potential acquisitions.

About You Our client is a seeking a motivated and analytical professional with:

  • Background in Valuations: Ideally with experience in retail and commercial office assets.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
