About the role

Ray White Gladstone Park is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Property Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and managing a portfolio of residential properties in and around the Gladstone Park area. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your strong sales and property management skills to contribute to the ongoing success of our thriving real estate agency.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure seamless property management services
  • Manage a small portfolio of residential properties , including conducting routine inspections, final inspections, addressing tenant inquiries, and coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Negotiate lease agreements and rental rates to optimise returns for landlords with a CMA report.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations and legislation
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in residential property management and/or business development in the real estate industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Thorough understanding of the residential leasing market and relevant legislation
  • Relevant real estate qualifications and a current Victorian driver's licence
  • Knowledge and prior experience with Property Me, Inspection Express & Inspect Real Estate
